You will be able to reinstate your policy within a period of up to 30 days after the effective date of cancelation, and the following is required:
- Fill out and sign the declaration of good health, with this form we will be able to evaluate to maintain the coverage of the canceled policy or prepare the best available coverage according to your current conditions. Considering that this may generate administrative costs, we will inform you about these costs.
- Send the declaration of good health to retention@olelife.com.
- Receives confirmation and pays the full amount of premium due within 3 days,
