Here we explain the claim process in 3 simple steps:
- Notification: The first step is for the policy beneficiary, insurance agent, or both to notify us of the claim via email to claims@olelife.com as soon as possible. You must provide us with all the details you have about the death, such as date, place, and circumstances.
- Form: The advisor or beneficiary must complete and sign the claim form and send it to claims@olelife.com. It is also necessary to attach the documents listed on the last page of the form.
- Payment: The beneficiary of the policy will receive by e-mail the letter proceeding, document in which the result of the evaluation of the claim is detailed according to the terms and conditions of the contracted plan. The evaluation may take up to 30 days after receiving the complete documentation and information requested by our team. The payment of the claim is made through a bank transfer in the name of the beneficiary or beneficiaries, for which the corresponding bank information will be requested.
