Commission recovery refers to the recovery of 100% of the commissions paid to the selling advisor and upline levels during the first 12 months from the activation of a policy (24 months in Ecuador), in the event that the policy does not reach its first anniversary premium payment. The objective is to strengthen a more solid, stable, and sustainable portfolio, aligned with clients committed to long-term protection.
